Priorities.

My school’s newspaper has a section called “Around the Loop,” and that’s where they print student responses to random questions or thoughts. This week, the question is about what should be added to the upper floor of the main building in a new freshman housing facility that cost 14 nations’ GDPs to build.
Before we [...]

Dreary reward.

It’s rainy today and I’m having trouble getting any work finished. My only accomplishment: finding a grocery store mystery bag. I bought a few things at the store, nothing special, tomato soup, toothpaste, sliced turkey, blueberry muffins, and I was pretty spacy in line so I just took the bags the cashier handed me and [...]

Endurance, in six sentences.

You could say I’m obsessed with hand sanitizer…

1.) If it rains the night before you are working at a book fair booth, there is a good chance that water has gathered on top of your booth’s awning/tent roof.
2.) If temperatures are in the low 50s (and were probably [...]

Weekend link.

A Facebook friend posted this and I thought it’d be fun to share: a blog called “You’re a strange animal.” Craziness! There are cute mini-animals, like the red panda, and scary alien-like creatures such as the “tongue eating louse.” And everything in between… Have a good weekend!
And welcome to October.
